Hey, I'm signed up for the push tan app and already have a youth account, and I wanted my mom to transfer me some money, but is the push tan app actually for showing how much money you have? Because I wanted to use the regular Sparkasse app to see how much money I have and if I withdraw anything, but it said I already have an account. Can someone maybe help me?

Did your mother even apply for online banking for you? I don’t know. You first need a functioning online access, an activated (!!) Pushtan App and then the Sparkassenbanking App. Only Pushtan does not use anything.

The PushTan is there for transfers, permanent orders etc… to confirm which one is commissioned by you.
The Sparkassen App shows you your account status and lets you execute transfers and permanent posts, etc. Of course, you should log in with your account you used for the Sparkassen App. Otherwise go to the branch, have access re-established and then you can log in again;)

Then you would have to go to a savings bank store first and ask for the setup of this app. is simple and usually takes max so 5 min;)
According to my knowledge, the Tan app is only intended to generate Tan numbers and releases. What you want to see goes through online banking or an account app if that’s what your bank offers and you unlocked it for your account.
