Hi! With your account, it has nothing to do with, it is certainly not locked.

Since the online access was apparently not yet activated, nothing should be locked.

Note the following: First install the Pushtan app and activate it.

Then I recommend starting the online banking on a browser. Since the pin that you get is just a first access spin, you need to change it immediately and you need the first TAN, so Pushtan must work first.

Then you can set up the mobile app.

I can’t assess the status from a distance, so you’re best going to the Sparkasse cell phone. For access to the apps:

When setting up the PushTan app, you forget an access code that is ONLY for this app. Then you need an activation code, possibly a QRCode on the cover letter, so I’m not sure how it is with your bank. With Onlinebanking Pin, this has nothing to do with.

I would now suggest you take all the letters you have received and go to the bank, otherwise you are threatening to get even more confusion. Gruss

As long as you don’t have an online pin, you can’t start the app anyway.

If you have the card and pin, you have to unlock it. If this is not possible, ask customer advisor. Then the one has to unlock it, if necessary.
