How to reach Sparkasse on public holidays?
I just messed up my login name (not the PIN!) several times in a hurry because I didn't realize that my keyboard was set to the American format for some reason.
Finally, I realized it and logged in with the correct data, but then I just got the message "Blocked, contact your advisor."
I urgently need to make a transfer, which can only be done online if you've set it up that way. And no, I don't have a credit card, just a Sparkasse card.
Can I also call the online banking hotline? I have to wait until I get home to make any phone calls. A conversation like that has no place in public, so I'm asking here in advance.
