Ahh accepted my proposal. :

First you don’t need anything. Even a second nozzle is present.

If you do everything right, it’ll be forever.

In some tests, the extruder has been somewhat troubled. But as I found out by now, there were only errors in operation.

The filament is inserted until the first residue. Then another 1mm. It is then allowed to move in. It always works.

Wrong it is the clamp to open and try to push it deeper than in conventional models.

What to do later. To buy it is the case.

Or smaller nozzles (I had ordered a 0.2mm nozzle 2 times).

Evtl. there’s a color changer like BambooLab sometime.

A filament dryer is basically not a bad purchase.

But otherwise I don’t mind. Unlike all my other printers, SV08 has everything from home. Even some filament comes along.

Even WLAN, LAN and camera are installed.

PS: By the way, I am so excited about this printer that I consider selling my other printers and getting a second SV08 for the 0.2mm nozzle.

what you could or might even have to do?

Which upgrades you want and you need to decide best after you have printed a while with the device and know its weaknesses.

But as an idea, you could expand the printer by an Enraged Rabbit Carrot feeder. This is an open source MMU, i.e. an automatic filament changer. This allows you to print in color, automatically switch to the next reel in the case of a filement runout or automatically combine different plastics (zb PLA and TPU)
