Sony PXW-Z90 MP4 recording format?

Hello, I recently bought a Sony PXW-Z90 and actively film with it.

Because of my hobby, I record a lot in 4K.

But I see that the recording format is MXF file, and you can't select MP4 but I would like that.

Can anyone help me?

Merry Christmas!

Hello

nmK can record the Z90 UHD only as AVCHD (8bit 60Mbit/sec) or internally in XVAC (10bit 100Mbit/sec)

the MXF files you need to cut for fast/real time and broadcast and is actually for 20 years worldwide broadcast standard for ENG and also EFP in Europe (BBC, ZDF, ARD,,) it is mostly MFX OPA1.

AVCHD codecs have integrated MFX in the container

You have to watch some camera manufacturers have different MFX for PAL and NTSC, which are the video camera that completely reboots between PAL and NTSC. However, you can cut PAL and NTSC on NLE editors with/for MFX.
