Sometimes the connection to the router is bad, why?

No matter what time of day, how many devices are connected, what the distance is, and whether it's 5GHz or 2.4GHz, my connection to the router is generally awful. I have a GIGABYTE G5 MD laptop with Intel Tiger Lake Wi-Fi 6, and it has such poor connection stability.

These are two pictures I took. The bottom one shows Roblox Phantom Forces, just on the loading screen. The upper cmd (in both pictures) measures the connection to the router, and the bottom one measures the DNS connection. It clearly shows that the connection to the router is completely bad, not my connection (500 mbit/s). As I said, stability is very poor, and I can hardly do anything (except for a bit of browsing; YouTube is too slow).

It's terrible and I always have to use my phone's hotspot to play games/do things/etc…

Is there any fix for this? (Other than driver updates (already installed) or Windows updates (also already installed) or troubleshooting (done 100 times)).

I tried this program (TCP Optimizer) (just recently). It made absolutely ZERO difference.
