Solve physics formula?

Hello,

I don't understand how to get from the first equation to the second? Why does 200m suddenly become 200s^2? And where does the -10s*t come from? I don't understand where the unit seconds comes from and where the m/s disappear to.

Thanks!!

The entire equation is multiplied by 1 s^2/m. Then the units before t^2 cancel out.

1.0 m/s^2 • t^2 • s^2/m = t^2

-10 m/s • t • s^2/m = -10 s • t

-200 m • s^2/m = -200 s^2

0 • s^2/m = 0

Multiply all terms (left 3, right 1) by (s²/m)
