Hello

Yes, an emergency bag is always sensible!

Bindings should be pure in at least 2 sizes. If you don’t have your period enough three bandages first. Then if you have to use tampons then of course tampons (recommended are minis first). You can also take slip inserts.

It is also useful to take underwear as a substitute, one should be completely rich. If you want, you can get 10 pieces. Buy and place wet wipes in travel size at the DM, Rossman or Müller. Some would like to clean up thoroughly and do the best with wet cloths.

You may also take a pain pill with whether you can take it and have access to it (please ask your parents if you have no painkillers or have ever taken it!). A 400mg ibuprofen or 500mg paracetamol are perfect for the first. Simply put one in the emergency bag if you are not at home and still have several hours of school/whatever but have got pain.

You can also pack a thin cake in your pocket if you want. You can tie this around your hip if you should see it through your pants, then you’ll cover the spot and you can move around or log off to move around at home.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I hope I could help you 🙃

Good luck 🍀

I just got tampons in every bag if it starts out unexpectedly in these little compartments. Of course, you can do the same with ties. It is also worth taking disinfectants if you are on the train and there is no running water.

Hey, yes, that makes sense to have something like that and for the beginning are quite sensible. You can also call tampons.
