Should I do intermittent fasting at 14?

Hiii! I'd like to try intermittent fasting, as it's pretty good for weight loss and is also supposed to boost the immune system. Google says I shouldn't do it because of my growth, and ChatGPT said I wouldn't be able to manage my daily life that way. I'd like to eat breakfast and lunch and skip dinner because I'm not hungry then anyway. By the way, I'm perfectly healthy.

I run interval fasting because of health aspects, but I don’t take it off, as it also depends on what one takes in the allowed interval.

As you’re still in growth, I advise you to miss out on the interval fasting, but rather to focus on sport as it can also have a positive impact on growth. To this end, a change to a balanced diet, rich in vegetables, fruits, salads, nuts, and with no sugar and white flour products. You can take it off.

Well. I’d rather leave breakfast and dinner, but lunch was really nutritious. In the morning and in the evening I would still eat a little

I’d tell you. If you are overweight, your doctor will recommend something to you and to strengthen your imun system there are better methods.

Size and weight?

You shouldn’t fast if you have to lose weight, it means eating. So funny, how it sounds and not starving.

You can do it. I’ve been doing this since I got 7 years old.
