I thought the first season was great, the second was good but definitely not as good as the first.
Is it still worth watching? I've heard that the seasons are getting weaker and weaker, and I don't know if I'll still enjoy it.
If the series had ended after season 1 it would have been perfect.

I stopped at Staffel 3. The original theme is after 1 through and then coming back to a prison I already found ridiculous.

So I personally think you should definitely keep looking. My opinion is also 2 and 1 the best but still the other two seasons are good and come close to the first and second races (Vorallem Staffel 4). They may be a bit worse (not much) but still among the best seasons that there are in series.
I looked through everything. My ranking would be 1,2,4,3,5 but I would only call the first two seasons really good. Staffel 1 has become a favorite series stag. This is really very good although I find the Gefägnis Plot much more exciting than the whole stuff with the company
