Should I call the youth welfare office if my neighbor is constantly chilling with her 7 and 2 year old daughters across from the kiosk until after 0:00 a.m.?

Evening, this is a serious question. My neighbor is sitting at the kiosk with her 2- and 7-year-old daughters at 11:32 p.m. The children sleep during the day. I find it really frightening because the children don't have a sleep routine. Should I report this to the child welfare office?

I find more terrifying people who walk around the clock… So please just grab your own nose before you interfere in the lives of other people!

I don’t think it’s wrong to report your observations to the Youth Office.

What they do is your thing, but my conscience would calm it down.

They’re vacations, the parents are there. So?

During school time it would be different

And you know how? Are you on the window every night and in her apartment?

Is the woman drunk?

What this woman does is not per se prohibited.

If it’s out of vacation, you can report it to the youth office.

As long as the parents are there, it is not forbidden

So they don’t sleep during the day.

Like I said, it’s vacation. Not pralle but also not punishable

A note to the Youth Office could help.

What the mother drives is customer welfare and that should be known.

Don’t talk about it.
