I suppose you mean pedelecs. So the e-bikes that legally count as bicycles.

Yeah, you’re right, there’s some pretty insecure going around. And of those whose driving style actually looks quite neat, very many do not create a proper emergency brake maneuver, but slide straight into ruin in the case of cases with a blocked rear wheel.

I still don’t think there should be a driver’s license. Because it’s just because you can borrow a bike and get rid of it spontaneously, many people get on cycling. I wouldn’t want to block that.

Personally, I can’t understand. As an average sporting man, I have traveled 30 km/h by bike, on vertical distances up to 60 km/h. In any case, the faster acceleration of an e-bike would be necessary for reconciliation.

there are Speed Pedelecs, which naturally require a driving permit AM. This is a mokick with license plate & 45 kmh.

The 25 pedelec is considered a common “bicycle” and is not subject to any restrictions. There are, of course, illegal tuning.
