Of course, the deposit should be set as high as possible – I am finally a collector. But it has nothing to do with poor or rich: They are not the rich who throw the crushed energy cans into the landscape…

Exactly. After my observation it is more (not all of them!) young people who are too cool to return empties.

The ‘Reichen’s usually bring back their pledge. You want to stay rich

In some circles, it seems to be an image question that you don’t bring back Pfand, but stand or lie.

Or unnecessarily destroyed.

These are, however, not the rich.

If necessary, this group could also move to rethink.

Or even more show that they don’t need it.

(What is usually not true)

Right now, I think it’s okay. Also, that some people who are really poorer have the opportunity to have a few more cents.

How do you think that rich (as you define this) do not bring the bottles back?

Too much money.

The bottle collectors do not collect in expensive residential areas, especially in front of football stadiums, swimming lakes, outdoor pools, shopping malls.

No. If the deposit were somewhere at 5€ per bottle, it would be too problematic in the implementation.

Yeah, it’s worth noting the bottles for most of them.

Thesis.

“According to the Federal Environmental Agency, the return rate is between 95 and 99 percent. On the other hand, the German Pfandsystem GmbH (DPG) issuing beverage packaging from 98 to 99 percent.”

Because the homeless are collecting and giving away

So? If 98-99% come back, the purpose is achieved. It doesn’t matter how and why they come back.

That can be where homeless people are. Didn’t we get here like that?

It has nothing to do with rich and poor.

Because rich people bring their bottles back.

Because arms can afford a drink.

Instead of raising pensions.
