The self-infringement is just a symptom of another problem. You shouldn’t fix that.

There are also enough people in therapy who do not hurt themselves. You can still be seriously ill.

Self injury is usually normal in the puberty “normal” in the sense of trying out and unique. A direct complex therapy does not have to be directly necessary.

But in order to prevent this from becoming something regular one-time would recommend a visit to a therapist. He can first look with you why it happened and what you could do.

Of course, in deliberate self-infringement always a psychological support. It doesn’t matter if it happens 1x or 1,000x.

I’d stick a patch on it and finish it. But wouldn’t go to therapy for a cut.

Where do you think the border is?

So as long as you don’t deliberately hurt you, I wouldn’t leave. But if you’re deliberately hurt, I’d go.

That’s right, I’d go and talk to a psychologist at least once.

Topic missed. The term “self-infringement” is used only when it comes to deliberately supplied injuries.
