Should I talk to my parents about it?

I've been plagued by negative thoughts and anxiety since the beginning of the year. Because I'm at a new school (vocational school), I met a group of friends with whom I do a lot. I always think that just because we don't do much together, that they have something against me and don't like me. This overthinking has gone so far that I even think I'm depressed. I have absolutely no motivation, I don't do anything, and my soul is constantly aching because of it. It's as if my mental health depends on these friends. When things are going well, I'm in a good mood; when they're not, I'm not. It's so insane, really 😭

Sure, you can talk to your parents about it, but much more important if you’re looking for a therapist.

Yeah, it’s a good idea to talk about it! You should also try your self-confidence or Strengthening self-esteem to get rid of these thoughts. LG
