Hi, I only have -0.5 diopters, but I feel good when I wear them and I think they make me look more beautiful. The problem is, I don't really need them (I think), because I can't really see text or faces that are far away, and I should be grateful that I can see reasonably well without glasses. What do you think?

You with Your glasses feel more comfortable, keep them up. It doesn’t hurt your eyes, believe me. You see removed sharper and thus relieve your eyes. And the glasses make you more beautiful as you write yourself. That’s great!

With -0.5 dioptrics you don’t have to wear glasses all the time. You can easily put them off during sports and in the swimming pool without being very limited.
In the distance you can see more blurred so that you can use road traffic, as well as cinema etc. the glasses should wear and may even have to drive.
A spectacle changes the appearance, can make more interesting, stand one and be fashionable. If you see that and you like the glasses – why don’t you wear them?
Conversely, contact lenses are also worn mainly because of the appearance, where they usually do glasses with less effort.
