Kasein-Unverträglichkeit in der Früh?
Mir ist früher schon öfter aufgefallen, dass ich wenn ich in der Früh Müsli mit Milch esse oder auch einfach nur ein Glas trinke, danach Bauchschmerzen bekomme.
