Kohlenhydrate. Kohlenhydrate sind Kohlenhydrate
und ALLE Kohlenhydrate erhöhen den Blutzucker,
da sich ALLE Kohlenhydrate im Darm in
Glukose (= Traubenzucker) verwandeln und
dann im Blut 🩸 als Blutzucker landen.
Es spielt also überhaupt keine Rolle, ob diese
Kohlenhydrate aus purem Zucker, Kartoffeln,
Reis, Brot, Nudeln, usw…oder aus Soja sind.
Der Unterschied bei den verschiedenen
Kohlenhydraten ist nur die Geschwindigkeit,
in der sie den BZ erhöhen. ✈️
Daher spielt es für deinen Blutzucker keine Rolle,
ob du dieselbe Menge an Kohlenhydraten aus
Kartoffeln, Kuchen, usw, oder aus Soja isst.
