If your iPhone 14 remains stuck when installing a software update, this could have several causes. Here are a few steps you can try:

1. Check stable internet connection

Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi. If the network is too slow or unstable, the download can stop.

Two. Pleasant storage space

Check if there is enough free space on your device. You can Settings > General > iPhone Memory test.

3. Restart iPhone

Sometimes a restart of the device helps. Hold the side button and the volume button until the turn-off slider appears, and then restart the iPhone.

4. Cancel update and restart

Go to Settings > General > iPhone Memory, search the update, delete it and restart the download.

Five. Check Apple servers

Sometimes there are problems with the Apple servers. On the Apple System Status page, you can see if there are problems with the update server.

If you still have problems, you can try to install the update on iTunes on a computer.
