Airsoft gun & gun license?

Ever since I got my new rifle (1.4 joules), everyone started telling me something about PTB registration numbers, small firearms licenses, and firearms ownership cards.

So I asked the department for gun laws in our district, and they said exactly the same thing, with PTM and gun license.

After a quick Google search, I noticed that the PTB number and the gun license are mostly for signal, teaser, and blank-firing weapons. So what does that have to do with my airsoft?

When transporting an airsoft gun, it's sufficient if I store the magazine and battery separately from the gun, right? In a case, of course, secured against unauthorized access. Or has something changed?

No, that’s correct and unchanged.

You can “forget” all the other sworms, which is only for SRS weapons. For those you don’t need WBK, they are freely available from 18 and the small weapon license only if you want to run them in public (there is no such thing for Airsoft weapons).

Air rifles up to 7.5 joules (fast shot only up to 0.5J) are freely available from 18 onwards. These can only be stored, used, etc. on a satisfied basis. Transported in a closed container which completely surrounds the weapon and is secured against unauthorized. As you said.

The Faesians will change a lot. Just go through the articles in the Weapons Act. You can find them online.

A little bit of what’s not really right:

All that <0,5J may have full automatic, that is correct. These weapons are free from 0 years.

And is transported correctly not in a closed container (ideally weapon bag/case).

Yes, but from 14 you can go to the field.

Also wrong. From when the operator/organizer is allowed to play, it is left to him if the statutory (and sports) regulations are complied with. In the meantime, U18 events are often also only from 15/16.

Complete exceptions form halls/fields that are rented privately. Only the legal regulations are important here.

Nothing has changed at all. What are you talking to? It still applies: Not ready to fire (so not loaded) and not ready to handle.

So I asked with us in the county in the Department of Weapons Law, which was exactly the same person, with PTM and gun license.

If that’s true, people are out of place. You could even complain to their head office officers (Landrat). Because firearms, which is also an airsoft weapon, do not carry a PTB character, but “F in the pentagonal” in the case of fire energy of more than 0.5 joule. And you don’t get a weapon certificate because there is no recognized reason to lead a compressed air weapon ready for access and/or fire.

Tell me about PTB registration numbers, little gunshot and gunshot.

You can forget everything in the context.
