Social security number misuse mails aber lebe in Deutschland?

Ich bekomme seit mehreren Monaten ständig e-Mails aus Amerika, in denen steht, dass meine Social Security Nummer in mehreren Straftaten misbraucht wurde (oder ähnlich). Ich lebe seit 20 Jahren in Deutschland, habe absolut nichts mit Amerika zutun. Ist zu 99% Spam aber sollte ich mir sorgen machen? Naja, wie kommt man denn von “meiner” social security number auf meine Mail Adresse?

Hat jemand von euch Erfahrung?
