The Fritzbox, as far as I know, can’t be an LDAP. Therefore, you’ll probably have to put a Raspberry Pi o.A. as a LDAP server if you want to use LDAP there. With an ldap2carddav server, because CardDAV can insert the Fritzbox as an external telephone book if you additionally use “normal” phones.
