Hallo, ich bin jetzt schon seit über einem Monat bei Snapchat vorübergehend gesperrt und kann aber von anderen Geräten auf meinen Account zugreifen. Weiß jemand wie lange mein Handy noch gesperrt ist und ob Snapchat diese vorübergehende Sperre auch für immer eingestellt haben könnte? Selber freischalten konnte ich meinen Account auch nicht, das hat nichts an der Situation geändert.
