So, because of the account, I’ve been around for almost a year now and it’s not going away and what’s most accustomed to me that I got locked up so 2 weeks after I bought a new phone. I also made a new account via a laptop and then wanted to sign up on my phone but also not. So best buy new phone and buy another account or how does snapchat imagine?

But did you know when you were unburned you got close email or did you just try it every day and after 11 months it went or did you just try it again after a while and then it went?

simply waited, thought must buy new handy, but went back after 11 months… had snap uninstalled and so all 2 months tried…

Hello,

you should wait a few days before you try to log in with your phone again.

If the problem still exists, you should contact Snapchat’s support.

Go for ithttps://support.snapchat.com/en-DE/i-need-help, select “I can’t access my account” and “I get an error message when I log in” and go to the end of the website with “You need help with what else?” to Yes.

Sign your problem in detail in the contact form and best upload a screenshot of the error. Snapchat will answer you by email.

I can’t make a new accaunt. With my old phone I’m still coming in but Snapchat answers to no messages I’m on the superior phone to put back that brings what?

yes was released after nem three quarters of a year and after I reset my password was kicked out from my acccount, and now I’m locked back. Completely meaningless

Hasn’t helped.. has anything to do with the id who told me ..I will now swap my phone for a new ..can’t understand why snap there is so .. what I think I was hooked in the middle of the year and I’ve read all hooked phones there blocking snap to me anyway..

You need to reset your phone to factory settings.

Ka is like iPhone, but with Android, you can use the Smart Switch app to secure all your data from phone to an old handy and play over to reset wiider. There are no data lost except for some

Yes in any case there is temporary you just have to wait and uninstall snapchat

The problem is that Snapchat thinks someone else logs into your Snap Acc again and again and therefore temporarily deactivates it. What I have done is that I have completely reset my handy to the works posts and with new icloud address and then I have made a new snap account, but with another phone number and other e-mail address as authentication and for 2 weeks I had no problem with it.

Yes at last handy already (it still works there) that was a year ago and today I renewed this problem with the new phone. I will reset it again this evening, as described above. Then you’ll also give a feedback tonight if it worked.

Hey, ne there’s not been locked since October. Got a second phone where I use Snapchat. After a time, I was locked there, but the phone was reset and it worked out.
