Snapchat account blocked, is it possible that it will be blocked again despite having a new phone?

So my Snapchat account has been blocked and deleted. Some of you may know that you can no longer create a new account on the device that has been blocked. Or you can no longer use Snapchat on this phone or iPad. So I'm getting a new phone tomorrow. The problem is, I'm worried that it won't work on the new device either because I'm transferring everything. With an iPhone, when you buy a new phone, you can transfer everything from your old phone to the new one. Is it possible that Snapchat won't work on the new phone either because I'm transferring everything 1:1, i.e. pictures, videos, Instagram accounts, iCloud, etc.
