Snack for during exercise?
What kind of snacks can I eat while exercising? Preferably relatively healthy ones (like, no vegetables or anything like that) because I need to lose a bit of weight again.

Here I would use light and fast digestible food. You can eat muesli/energy bars and dry fruits here.
there are carbohydrate gels that can be incorporated during sports. You can see it all the time during the long races. Drivers must eat constantly to fill up their carbohydrate storage, otherwise starvation threatens. Gels because they don’t strain the stomach. Oh, and bananas.

A question for understanding:
Why eat something during the sport? Finish your unit and then feed what
ne. Training goes 4-5 hours and you have breaks in between. You have to eat something to get strength again

Why not have vegetables? Perfect, some cocktail tomatoes or cucumber sticks.
They are rather unsuitable for a sport break, as they do not provide energy.
