Here I would use light and fast digestible food. You can eat muesli/energy bars and dry fruits here.

there are carbohydrate gels that can be incorporated during sports. You can see it all the time during the long races. Drivers must eat constantly to fill up their carbohydrate storage, otherwise starvation threatens. Gels because they don’t strain the stomach. Oh, and bananas.

Modern are also rubber bears.

During training? Are you driving a race bike?

Then I would recommend something like cereal bars, an apple, or other quickly available carbohydrates.

Or some nuts.

I don’t know how much energy is, but I haven’t tried them.

Why not have vegetables? Perfect, some cocktail tomatoes or cucumber sticks.

They are rather unsuitable for a sport break, as they do not provide energy.
