You’ll get such a code if you can’t log on to Twitch. Then Twitch sends you something to confirm your identity. If you didn’t ask, someone else tried to log on to your Acc.
If you don’t know what Twitch is and have never been there, then someone tried to create an account with your data.
I didn’t even know what Twitch was until this afternoon, let alone that I was on the side or even had an account. That’s why I’m surprised by the text.
