Smartwatch with heart rate monitor that warns if heart rate is too high?

I need your help. Is there a smartwatch that warns you when your heart rate is too high? I tested the Xiaomi Watch S3. Unfortunately, it only warns you when your heart rate is too high while you're sleeping. I'd like one that also warns you during normal activities like walking. Thanks for your help.

I have the Galaxy Watch Ultra. Pulse and heart rate are measured regularly and at too high or low values, you can set warnings in the Health App.

But does the warning relate only to the rest pulse when sleeping or even if I run normally? @AnonymousGirl257
