Small businesses and job centers?
Hello
I would like to start my own small business, but I am currently still at the job center.
Does anyone know what exactly I have to do to register a small business and how I should inform the job center?
Thank you in advance
Your question has been answered in part, the job center would have to be given a change message beforehand, you will find expressions on the internet.
For this purpose, the EKS-compensation facility is filled with income from self-employed activity and your expected income for the next 6 months is assessed.
If you are not so sure about the amount, then the expected income is not so high, because after that, the job center will calculate your first possible entitlement to benefits.
Foreway: There is no small business
In accordance with §138 AO and §14 GewO, you must register your commercial activity with the first one with the competent municipality and the tax office. In this respect, there is no limit/free allowance in tax law or in trade law.
At the tax office, you must complete a questionnaire for tax collection (FsE) and transmit it electronically, this will then check your inputs and assign a tax number to you. For "online trading" on Marketplace like eBay, you still need a VAT ID to prove that you are taxed.
If you expect more than €22,000, the small business operator scheme according to §19 UStG is not eligible. If you're not a small businessman, you'll have to go on 10. Upon expiry of the pre-registration period, the sales tax pre-registration is issued to the tax office.
No matter how in the end, you will have to make your income tax declaration annually and with Appendix EÜR, depending on the approach of the FA, also the VAT Declaration and USt Declaration.
If you don't sign up your business, it's an illegal order .
If you are self-employed, you must also show this to the JobCenter, because at some point there is no claim to services.
Of course, you have to tell the job center in writing. And then wait for what's coming, because no one knows exactly how this is to be billed.
