Small business with parents’ business?

My mother registered a business because she was previously self-employed.

My question: could I theoretically start a small business with my parents' consent, which is managed by my parents (but I produce and promote the products via social media/website)?

Or in short: is this possible without a family court?

I'm a minor and have limited legal capacity, I'm aware of that. However, I'm 13, almost 14, and therefore officially allowed to do light work.

Theoretically yes. In the end, it’s your parents’ business, officially they do everything, even if they let you get there. So you’re fully liable for everything you’re holding.

Of course, the trade should not be on your name. But if your parents have registered a business, they can of course also do so.
