Small bump without pain?

Hello,

I'm 20 years old. My skin is prone to breakouts every now and then. For a week now, I've had a slight bump next to my nose on/on my cheek. It's barely visible, but I can feel it with my finger. I also notice it's growing slightly. I can barely feel it; there's no pain, a warm feeling, or red inflammation.

I've been out and about a lot these past few days, but if it were an insect bite, it would itch anyway. I don't feel anything, and that worries me (abscess, tumor, lump, or underground pimple).

Does anyone have a similar experience?

I’m sure it’s an abscess.

Did you have an experience with it? In the net it is said that it should hurt strongly and ignite. I haven’t had one of them for a week.

No, I didn’t, but I started studying medicine. A abscess does not always have to be associated with pain. Only when he gets bigger.

I still assume that this is an abscess. Now even more.

Now after two days it has become more visible (red bump) and harder. Furthermore, no pain. Can it be an insect bite? Become a doctor. Unfortunately, I don’t know what they’ll recommend because there is no yellowish layer.
