Slightly ran a red light?

Good evening

Today I approached an intersection and spoke to my passenger to tell him what to enter into Maps. At the intersection, there was a first stop line, then a zebra crossing, followed by a second stop line with the word STOP written on the ground. The traffic light was red, and unfortunately, I briefly thought the front stop line was the correct one. When I realized it, half of my car was over the actual stop line, and I got a speed camera.
It was 10:00 pm, and I was the only car at the entire intersection. There was only one other car coming behind me. As you can see, I didn't drive through, but actually stopped with half the car. Besides, the traffic light turned green a few seconds later. The speed limit on that street was 50, and since I didn't know exactly where I was going, I was only traveling at 45.
I live in Austria and am still on probation.
Do I have to expect to have to take a refresher course now even though I didn't endanger anyone, didn't take anyone's right of way, and the car was only half over the stop line?

Did the flasher flash twice? If yes and you were standing immediately after the first flashing and so to speak the position at the second flashing is the same as at the first flashing (you have no longer moved between first and second flashes) then that is possibly only a holding line passing violation of the costs in some cities 10€ warning and in some cities garnix you have seen the first flash and immediately braked and no longer moved and the second flash you have seen it perhaps

As soon as you have seen the red flash light (hopefully) in the moment a photo is created and when you have braked immediately and once again have seen a red flash light (from the front), that means that between the first red flashes and the second red flashes your car has no longer moved or has no longer moved. only a few centimeters (the compare both pictures) then it is just a line to overrun violation and that costs very little or nothing

Hello,

they always flash twice.

If you stopped, you'll get the worst if

a warning.

They're always two flashers.

If there is no too large vehicle distance between the two receptacles,
then you'll only get a warning about passing over a holding line.

First of all, it doesn't matter whether at night in the morning or anything else. Just because there's no one here, you can't disregard the rules. But.
not every traffic lights are cameras. Most of them don't. If you're not notified now. It doesn't matter.

Most likely no one has come along except the Hintermann
