Sleeping with a bra / Is a bra healthy?

I've never really had any problems with my underwear. But since yesterday, I've had a pressure sore where the underwire of my bra is. It's incredibly painful, and I was thinking that wearing a bra 24/7 can't be healthy in the long run. Especially since I've been sleeping with bras on.

Do you wear bras? And at night?

Thanks in advance 😊

It is not healthier to sleep without a bra, the misbelief is persistent. If he fits and sits well, it's nothing bad at all. But the prerequisite for this is really a good fit and they unfortunately have the fewest women for their bras. There are even extra night bras, which are particularly soft.

As long as you feel comfortable, it's okay.

I sleep without bra, just because of my comfort. But I also have nightwear, which is easily wadded and therefore no problems.

Dr. Christian Albring, a female physician, gives a warning: β€œIn principle, sleeping in a bra has no effect on health as long as a woman feels comfortable with it,” says the expert. However, painful traces or wounding may not cause the bra.

Therefore, I stress that he must sit properly and call the alternative for special sleeping bras.

Hello

It is certainly not harmful if you are yours at night BH in stock. But why do you want that? Isn't it particularly relaxing if you are no longer concentrated under the bedcloth by unnecessary clothes? Even a comfortable bra leaves skin bridge. Or he tweaks when you roll in your bed in your dream and wearers or baskets slip. The shape and growth of your breasts cannot be influenced by wearing a bra at night. And otherwise we don't have a good reason for one night bra one. Unless you want to put your treasure in the mood later. In any case, the skin likes it when it can breathe and nowhere is constricted by narrow seams, bra balls, cuffs or rubber bands. So choose the clothes for your sleep that you feel comfortable with. This can be a beautiful pajama, your underwear, a T-shirt from your treasure or a night shirt. Some people feel the most comfortable even naked under the ceiling. Just try what you like best.

Whether wearing a bra is good or detrimental to the breast tissue, experts are also presenting a big question of dispute. The sports physician Jean-Denis Rouillon from the University of Franche-Comte has worked very closely and over 15 years. He carried out measurements on breasts of 320 women and found the following: Start young women to wear a bra as soon as their breasts will increase muscles and tissues to support the breasts are condemned to inactivity, cared for and slept. For 50 women between 18 and 35 years, who forgot their bra for his study, the breasts were tightened, and the height of the nipples rose by 7 mm in relation to the shoulders per year. However, Rouillon admits that these findings are not representative of all women in the world and he would not advise a 45-year-old mother of three children to abandon the bra.

no so in the night I don't dare, that would be too uncomfortable for me..

during the day, this also depends on the situation when I'm not at home, and now when it's so cold & I have hoodie or something anyway, then not really

Healthy, in the sense of making sick, if…is something different than feeling well.

Of course, you can turn into your sleep in a way that you can squeeze something.

Going from the fingers, the hand, then it tingles, one wakes up briefly, pulls the hand under the head, body or the bed edge away and sleeps further,

to even sensitive places where a bow presses.

I think it says the common sense that everything that is not necessary to sleep remains.

Furthermore, the function of the bra in everyday life is now controversial.Small sizes are just as good without.)

During the day I wear both iron and ironless bras and they are unbeatable.

But at night? Sorry, no!
Wearing a temple bra in the night is just… (there can be any Popes saying what they want… are men.)

If you want to wear one at night, buy a so-called "sleep bra", which are made of extra soft material.

So I find the parts, anything but good. They've been annoying me since they brought them closer to me. Today I wear as well as no more, and I have no problems with it. I've talked to others about it, and there were no problems. However, this was in the sports studio, and they are well trained if that is so much, but I can't say.

If the bra sits properly and does not cause pressure points, nothing speaks about sleeping with bra.

I always wear a bra in everyday life, but not to sleep. Since I have completely changed to ironless bras, the bra does not bother me at all, but it does not have any added value when sleeping. So I'll leave him there and I need to wash my beautiful pieces more rarely.

A garment that causes such problems, I would leave. Why do you need a bra (except for extremely large breasts)?

Hold and comfort: Many girls and women wear bras because they give the breasts hold. The right bra can be convenient to reduce bouncing and bouncing in physical activities and to convey a sense of safety.

Body consciousness: In some people, wearing a bra contributes to a feeling of body consciousness.

This applies to women without "extreme" breasts.

In addition, you must not forget the aesthetic aspect

Hello

Sleeping with stirrup bras is not a good idea because the stirrup presses strongly and can also squeeze vessels (lymph) which can then lead to swelling and bruising. Besides, the last thing the chest needs in the night is a bra.

Bustiers in the night may be able to squeeze a little bit (depending on the type of bustier) with the rubber of the underbust band as a result of sweating more with a bustier, which can block the pores and lead to pimples.

It is best to sleep without bra and bustier, although bustiers are more harmless than ironing bras.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I hope I could help you πŸ™ƒ

Good luck πŸ€

Normally I don't wear bras overnight, as certain bras cut me in with bows. In addition, they become unpleasant when wearing such bras too long. Basically, I find strapless bras better. (e.g. bikinis)

Men too wear bra and that's not bad. Bra for the man = swimwear.

Yep!

I read an article in Men's Health about the best underpants for men in different sports … What brings the best grip and protection for the male genitals in the different sports?

I don't know about it anymore. That was before the time of the Internet.

Hey,

if the bra pushes you to sleep or blows, then I would take it out.

During the day, I'd watch. Depending on how much he presses. The main thing is that you feel comfortable. There are also good bra's without iron.

I hope I could help you.

I don't know why you should wear a bra at night. It would also constrain me, or I think it's not good for blood circulation. Just like wearing (normal) socks at night or if you have a hair gum around your wrist.

But apparently you can see that differently. Probably every woman needs to know.

Iron bras are generally uncomfortable, so I wouldn't wear any of these kind at night. Ironless bras are more likely.

Pahah as soon as I'm home, that thing's coming off. I would never come up with the idea of sleeping. Even if I looked too deep into the glass here or there, then the bra comes away and then I go to bed. Whether it's healthy or unhealthy, I don't care if it's just uncomfortable.

jalvi

Sleeping by bus is absolutely not healthy. It comes to pressure points, can cut in and disrupt blood circulation. Don't do that

wienerTina

No, just not.

In the breasts, so many lymphatics are constantly delivering metabolic products and supplying cells to the immune system.

But these lymphatic tracts do not have a pumping station like the veins through the heart that through muscle pressure pumps food to the cells.

The lymph system delivers the immune cells to the cells through flow. All that reduces the flow thus reduces the immune system.

Especially in the breasts there are many lymphatics that need to be free to never allow cancer in the breasts.

It hurts unbelievably

In principle, I cannot understand your question because it is primarily about YOUR welfare – not statistics.

Your body clearly signals you through pain that something doesn't fit him, you know the cause. Why don't you just get rid of the problem.

I can't understand why you should wear a bra 24/7. There's no reason for that. What can happen, you're experiencing right now.
