Skin on thumb is peeling off, normal?

I'm a soldier and work a lot with my hands, but always with gloves. I've never had any problems with it. Recently, the skin on my thumbs has been peeling off, but only on those. There's nothing wrong with my other fingers. It doesn't itch, and it doesn't hurt. Is this normal?

Hello

Could it be that your hands have become a bit dry by wearing gloves?

Maybe you could use your hands more often.

It's not bad. It's probably just cornea you can't feel.
