Sitzplatzumbuchung trotz Reservierung?
Hallo,
ich habe einen Flug bei United Airlines gebucht für 4 personen. Ich hatte eine Sitzplatzreservierung für alle 4 Personen 2 Fensterplätze und 2 daneben. Heute habe ich eine SMS bekommen dass wegen einem Wechsel des Flugzeugtyps oder der Sitzplatzanordnung meine Sitzplätze möglichst ähnlich meiner vorherigen Sitzplätze umgebucht wurde. Die Anordnung der Sitzplätze und der Flugzeugtyp ist der gleiche die Sitzplätze sind nicht am Fenster sondern in der Mittelreihe was dem vorherigen 0,0 ähnelt. Was kann ich jetzt tun habe ich Anspruch auf dir 40€ Gebühr die ich pro Person bezahlt habe? Oder gibt es Chancen auf eine Upgrade? Habe ich irgendwelche Ansprüche oder muss ich damit leben dass ich über den Tisch gezogen wurde?

Believe there’s nothing left to do. This may have to be discussed again before the flight at the switch.

Ask before departure at the switch, there are usually still options to arrange the seats differently or to choose other seats.
I got the possibility to change the seats via a link. Unfortunately makes no real difference anymore
It’s bad luck, and I don’t know anything else. The best thing to do is ask how everything looks, or at an information desk from United or the Star Alliance (which belongs to United Airlines).
