A payment ban does not matter with a P account.

What month do you mean?

He refers to § 845 para.2 ZPO.

The preliminary ban on payment, also referred to as pre-payment, simply ensures the rank of the pledge.

With absolute certainty, the creditor has only learned through the pre-pensation that the account is managed as a P account and that the senselessness of the enforced execution is recognized. That’s why he didn’t do it.

I wouldn’t be so sure.
