“If you can’t sing at all,” just describes the current state.

It does not automatically involve you not being able to learn it. That’s what we need to find out.

Most people can sing a bit, many can learn well and certainly there are also those who will never learn. Of course, I can’t know which group you belong to.

Usually yes. Just do it. Even without teaching, you will always be better. I taught myself. A lot of stars never had lessons. They just started.

There is only a very small group of people who can never learn. The probability that you belong to is low.
