Sind Vollkornprodukte wirklich besser?
Vornweg: ich bin Fan vorn Vollkornprodukten.
Nur Frage ich mich, ob die wirklich das sind, was man sich davon verspricht. Ich kann nicht sagen, dass ich schneller satt werden, noch dass ich davon länger satt bleibe.
Kann es sein, dass nicht jeder Körper mit einem längeren Sättigungsgefühl auf Vollkorn reagiert?
