What are you talking about? It is usually not particularly rich in nutrients and also not long-lasting saturating. If you like it, you can do it in Magerquark. A small amount is nothing bad, you have to see everything in proportion.

In proportion, breakfast is good due to fruit and quarks. The cornflakes don’t need it. If it tastes better, of course, you can put it in

Apart from carbohydrates, it has hardly any nutrients and vitamins. It’s not healthy now.

There is no healthy and healthy eating.

Always depends on the amount and the mixture.

If you only feed on cornflakes and magerquark, it’s not good if you eat a bowl and otherwise feed you well.

Unsweet is certainly better than sweetened by the manufacturer.

If I’d like to eat it, I’m just sweet of myself.

They are at least healthier than those with sugar. Otherwise, this is a food without special value.

As healthy as cardboard.

Not healthy, not unhealthy, just meaningless filling mass.
