Sind Provisionen doch nicht so gut?
Seitdem bekannt geworden ist, dass bei so manchem Stammkunden bisschen was zu holen ist (natürlich nicht regelmäßig), “kloppen” sich die Mitarbeiter förmlich um die “dicken Fische” und lassen die Aufträge stehen, wo sich herum gesprochen hat, dass es da weniger bis nichts gibt.
Neid und Gier rules the world…
Sollte man in Zukunft auf Provisionen verzichten oder wie in der Gastronomie alles gleich aufteilen, damit alle fleißig alles mitnehmen und alle pünktlich raus kommen?
Und dann ist da ja noch die Diskutiererei. Das es das persönliche Können, die Ausstrahlung ist..”andere schaffen das nicht”…
