Most kisses in movies are also more simple. There are actors who do not like these scenes (while no one is forced to assume such a role), others are so in their role that it is simply shaking like hands at this moment.
As an actor it helps to see the acting colleagues as an object. This creates a certain distance and you can focus on your own presentation better.
Such scenes are damn hard to play, especially when you know the other person, but don’t feel any feelings for them. But as an actor, you have to be able to get into these feelings.
