Sind “Kostenlose Spam Datingseiten” Kostenpflichtig?
Ich bekomme regelmäßig solche Meldungen als Spam in den Mails und teilweise sind da Ganz alte “Gamertags” dabei, die quasi mein Benutzernamen der Website darstellen soll. Dann kommen da so Meldungen wie: Du bist bei uns Registriert bzw. Angemeldet.
Wie genau kann man sich davor schützen und können die inkasso o.ä auf einen schicken, obwohl diese ja “Kostenlos” seien ? Und woher haben die meine alten Gamertags ? Haha das ist schon fast absurd um wahr zu sein.

Usually the registration is free, but not the use.
In order for a valid contract to be concluded, the page must clearly indicate that costs are incurred (e.g. by a “order to pay” button). A hidden note in the AGB or in the small print is inadequate.

It may be that this is part of a fraud attempt. I would ignore it as long as there are no claims by post (if this happens, contradict written).
Probably they have your data from any data leaks.
The term “Free spam dating sites” sounds contradictory.
