Brat potatoes contain a lot of carbohydrates. If you burn it with the oil, the fat content will also be higher.

However, it is important how much you eat of it. If you eat high-calorie food in small quantities and thus keep the calorie deficit – it doesn’t matter what you eat.

For example, roast potatoes

200 g of roast potatoes have 320 kcal

incl. 38 g KH = 38 g sugar
