17 seit jahren chronisch schmerzen?

ich bin wie gesagt 17, männlich Seit 2 jahren oder so habe ich knie, rücken, nacken, bein, fuß schmerzen, teilweise in gelenken, teilweise in muskeln. Teilweise denke ich dass wird nie wieder besser (=>psychologe warnt vor mögl depression). Ich komme nicht darauf klar, ich habe yoga begonnen, meditieren, trainieren…Es geht einfach immer weiter und ich…

Myokarditis, Herzmuskelentzündung. Hat jemand von euch Erfahrung damit? Wie ist euer Leben im Nachhinein gewesen, habt ihr noch probleme mit dem Herzen, Sport?

Ich hatte vor einem Jahr eine Myokarditis mit 12.000 troponin, ist alles verheilt, ich frage mich jetzt ob ich mich wieder an den Fußball rantrauen soll, laut Arzt sollte das kein Problem sein, die Angst ist aber trotzdem da, deshalb würd ich gern wissen wie es bei euch war:)

The Applewatch does not recognize arythnen. Only atrial dimmers

The doctor recognizes them, so he looks at the EKG when one was done.
