Talking about a lot of vegetables is probably quite exaggerated. There are at most 100g in there and this is not much but very little. My breakfast contains a 5x vegetable like a diner.

Otherwise, as with all others, it also makes the amount. once a dungeon is definitely healthier than to go daily to mäcces.

Well, if you go after that, everything’s healthy… on a pizza comes a little cheese and a little sausage that’s unhealthy. The rest is “healthy”… then there comes only tomato and maybe other vegetables types and thin flat bread like the döner…

Subway then falls among you the absolutely same category … also “only” bread with significantly less meat than a diner and otherwise only vegetables.

Fact is: Fast food remains fast food and fast food makes faster fat than many other things…

healthy is something if you take a bread at home and feed it yourself with plenty of fresh vegetables. Best full grain. Without five times so much meat and sauce

Are you sure you know what vegetables are? So carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, pumpkin, I haven’t found it yet. The little salad and possibly canned maize does not count.

Learn to cook yourself. Cook big portions, freeze and save time.
