The upper blood pressure is somewhat too high – but not worrying

At a blood pressure of 145/76 mm Hg, the systolic value is slightly increased.

Is it about the resting pulse? The resting pulse should be between 60 and 80/min.

However, blood pressure and pulse constantly fluctuate.

Pulse is a bit high if you have these values more often, consult a domestic physician or cardiologist. My cardiologist told me yesterday that from a lasting value of 140/90 drugs are required, not if blood pressure is only temporarily increased. Measured on the wrist, rather on the upper arm, heart rhythm disorders not? Is this high pulse?
