As my old neighbor always said: “Not nations are anything but people. Every person is different and as here there are in other nations also those who are diligent, but also lazy people. You can’t flatter that.
“People” from Vietnam and Thailand are not a homogeneous mass. So there are diligent and lazy Vietnamese, diligent and lazy Thai countries as well as there are diligent and lazy Germans.
This also applies to Turks, Greeks, Germans, Chinese, Japanese, Spaniards, Sweden, Americans, Czechs, Romanians, Poland, Bulgarians, Australians, Italians and almost all other people working in gastronomy.
