Depends on what’s on it. For vegetables, the shock freezing should even be optimal, the vitamins do not lose.

Partly. This question cannot be answered in detail. It’s unhealthy. But there are exceptions. What surprisingly tastes me very well from this TK pizza. It’s Dr. Oetker’s brand. Is not the cheapest pizza (I’ll get them only if they’re on offer) but the manufacturer doesn’t care about the preparation. This schrinkflation also does not exist. The gram number remained unchanged. Because I like stone oven pizzas like Wagner or very few well-known brand products. And the TK Pizza tastes just as good as the pizzeria with me around the corner. Personally, I don’t see a difference in taste. Just the price. If I would make my own pizza (I have pizza dough recipes) then I know what ingredients are in it. And keep the pizzas as I want.

Industrial, highly processed foods are considered unhealthy, including frozen pizzas. But as often happens here, the dosage makes the poison. Here and there a frozen pizza will probably not really hurt you, but you eat it regularly, that will certainly not be very healthy.

They’re not unhealthy. But there are other foods that are more healthy. If you eat a pizza like this once a week, it’s not unhealthy. If you eat two every day, it’s not that good.

No, not more unhealthy than others. But you can add fresh vegetables/rucola or the like. Or buy a full-grain pizza.

Not in principle…to be as good as any one of them can “peel” again.🍕😋
