2kg more or less you don’t look at, but for your body it would be good if you have a normal weight. And also 63kg are less than too much. I am 21, 1.67 tall and also 63 kg and according to BMI in the optimal range and have a normal figure

Hey,

you have a BMI of 20.60 and are therefore absolutely normal weight.

The website with which I calculated this is the following:

The BMI of 20.60 is in the range of normal weight.

After this calculation, your body weight is in an area that is considered optimal for your health. With nutrition, exercise and other living habits you can do a lot to keep it that way.

Two kilos more or less does not make the cabbage fat. Doesn’t matter! It wouldn’t be bad if you took 2 kilos, but 63 kilos is absolutely okay and normal!

Most importantly, you feel comfortable! From the medical point of view, you are absolutely normal weighty and don’t have to worry.

Love greetings, mind flow

175 cm – 71 kg – normal weight

175 cm – 64 kg – Ideal weight

You have a good weight, because of the few grams you don’t have to go crazy.
