13 hours is already a lot, recommended 8-10 hours. But if you’re okay with that, all right. What’s at least with me is that time is important when I sleep to feel optimally sleep.

You have to try, I’ll go to bed like this at 10 and then get up at 6

Yes too much sleep is actually not healthy, but I also sleep so much.
